SWOT is an analysis that starts from the vision and mission of the company, then proceed with the goals, objectives, plans and policies. In the process of planning a company will spend a lot of time to look for things that are positive (strengths, opportunities), and some others will look for negative things (weaknesses, threats).
In fact the human tendency would prefer to accentuate the positive things to forget the negative things of the past. This will motivate us in advancing our company.
